Defective cards are replaced free

If any card arrives damaged or cannot be written with the NFC Tools app, email team.mattweb@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description or photo. We will send a free replacement card.

No returns on cards

Because cards are programmable and resold, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, unused cards, or cards that have been programmed or locked.

Wrong or missing items

If your order arrives with the wrong kit or missing cards, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost.

Digital guides

The Setup Guide and Selling Guide PDFs are free bonuses included with every kit and are not sold separately.
